So often I hear some version of those words. Recently a new leader confessed to spending hours worrying about an upcoming meeting.
This words “strategic” is being used a lot. Most people don’t know what they mean by it. Most people don’t know how to act on. Here is some short sharp advice for how to handle those meetings with the “important” people. (In fact – this advice goes for any meeting you are having).
