Back in 1789 Benjamin Franklin wrote: “…in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” For me the 21st Century update of that quote is to add ‘change’. Because no matter who I am coaching, whether it a business owner in an organisation that is experiencing growth, an executive that is leading organisational restructuring or a good friend who is unsure about their next career move, the thing they all have in common is their need to deal with uncertainty, unknown and change.

How you deal with the unknown, how you stay true to yourself in the face of change and make sure you come out stronger, is one of the key factors in whether you will be successful in today’s world.
