Nicola Payne began her impressive and varied career in retail and HR at just 12 years old – and got her first promotion and pay rise a year later.
By 22, she was managing 80 employees at ASDA in her first graduate role, and later on a 12-year period at VISA culminated in the role of HR Director, in charge of all aspects of operational HR from hiring (and firing!) to business partnership and major change projects.
She now blends all that expertise in her role as Executive Coach and Mentor specialising in mid-career strategy and support.
