FAQs
I can't make it live. Will there be a replay?
Yes. Absolutely. You will be emailed an easy to access replay.
I suggest blocking time in your calendar a few days later to then do The Leadership Hour yourself or with a friend or colleague.
It sounds good but I don’t know if I can commit an hour a month. Can I do it in less time?
If you already have a regular practice of activating your best self and upgrading your learning and leadership I am so happy.
On the other hand if you are asking because you are so busy you hardly have time to think, I have a tough-love answer for you: If you can’t commit an hour a month to elevating your energy and your thinking, I doubt you are doing your best work. It’s time for you to choose that the quality of your mental and emotional states really matters. Once you choose that, I know you will find a way to make that hour happen.
My work is highly confidential, can I be anonymous?
Of course. You can change your Zoom name to something anonymous, you don’t need to put on your camera and there is no requirement to interact in the chat.
What kind of leader is it for? What if I don’t have a leader title or if I am running my own business?
This is for humans who believe that the best leaders are powerful and kind. This is not about your job title, how much leadership responsibility you hold or whether you are employed or run your own business. This is about being self-led and being dedicated to continuously uplevelling how you show up and consciously refining and expanding the impact you have in your world of work.
When I ran The Leadership Hour in 2021/22 members included C-level leaders, middle managers, new leaders, ambitious humans without official leadership responsibility, small business owners and self employed freelancers.
What will it cost when the free trial ends?
I have a lot more information to share with you about what is included in The Leadership Hour before you have any price decisions to make, but as a client said: “Before I fall in love with the power of The Leadership Hour I want to know I can afford it.”
So here you go – the details of the 2025 launch offer.
For now there is a 3 months free trial. After that you will be invited to join for a full year. You can pay monthly at £25 a month or £300 for the full year if you prefer to make one payment.
Option for bulk-membership for organisations at a reduced rate.
