1) I am a practical idealist
My dream is a world that is safe for everyone. No matter their colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender. But looking at the history of humans.. that’s still far off. And I know the only way things will change is if we get all the integrity-filled people in the world to shrink their fear, overcome their imposter syndrome and start showing up for what they believe in.

MY STORY:
I got my first paid client at the age of 27. I was paid £22.50 and I felt like I had totally made it.
More than 15 years later and I still love coaching every day.
It wasn’t a striaght road to becoming a coach, so on the way I did a BA(hons) in Journalism, worked in marketing and events, did an internship in the US Congress and had personal crisis with time off from work, lots of therapy, coaching and personal development.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
For the past 15+ years I have coached leaders and business owners in more than 15 countries on how to overcome the blocks to success.
I have never specialised in industry or sector because my specialism is in the deeply transformational human work.
If you’re curious about the clients I have worked with the titles range from graduate to CEO, Chief Fire Officer to small business owner, General Counsel to HR Director and owners of micro-businesses.

I am a Certified Coach, NLP Practitioner (neuro-linguistic programming) and have a certificate in Adult Training and Development from University of Toronto. I am also qualified in Family Constellations and Organisational Constellations which is deeply therapeutic work.
