[EP 42] The 3 questions you need to answer if you want to inspire others

by | 13 Jul, 2021

If you want to have an impact, whether as a leader who is employed, or whether you’re running your own business, how to inspire and be inspiring is incredibly important.

So often clients come to me wanting some quick tricks and tips on how to to be inspiring and how to inspire others. People show up saying, “Tell me the steps I need to know to be inspiring! Is there a book I can read? How do I make this happen?”

There isn’t a simple three step formula. But there are three questions you can ask yourself that will really help you with this.

  1. What are you hiding? (You won’t inspire anyone by being bland!)
  2. Are you trying to get this inspirational message from a place of your rational logical mind? (Because when was inspiration ever a rational, logical thing?)
  3. What excites you about the thing you are trying to inspire others around? (If you’re not lit up about the the message you want to pass on, forget about inspiring anyone else.)

Listen to this episode to learn how you can use these three questions to increase your impact and inspire others.
